We are excited to announce that Orbit has partnered with Granger Medical Clinic to provide healthcare services for our employees. These services will be provided onsite in our employer-based clinic, which includes primary care for each employee as well as any work-related medical concerns.
Hours: Provider Hours:
Monday 8am- 5pm 8am-1pm (lunch 1-2pm)
Tuesday 8am-5pm 8am-1pm (lunch 1-2pm)
Wed 9am-6pm 12pm-6pm (lunch 11am-12pm)
Thur 9am-6pm 12pm-6pm (lunch 11am-12pm)
Fri 8am-12pm No provider
Friday’s 12pm-5pm please call 801-821-2445 for assistance
Please contact the clinic if you need to switch over your medical records from our previous provider.
